Vector Database
A specialized database built to store embeddings and quickly find the items most similar in meaning to a given query.
A vector database holds the numeric fingerprints (embeddings) of your content and is optimized for one job: given a new query, return the closest matches by meaning, fast, even across millions of items.
It is the storage layer that makes retrieval practical at scale. Ordinary databases match exact values; a vector database ranks results by similarity, which is what grounded AI assistants and semantic search need.
How we use it
We choose and tune the right vector store for each project, balancing speed, cost, and accuracy so retrieval stays reliable as your content grows.
