Meet Niall
Niall is an engineering leader and AI strategist with nearly two decades of professional experience building web, mobile, cloud and AI-powered systems. He has led engineering teams, architected complex platforms, and acted as CTO and fractional CTO for technology and founder-led businesses.
Today his focus is AI: designing and building AI agents, chatbots, and automation pipelines, and helping teams adopt AI in a way that's practical, safe and genuinely useful, backed by the senior engineering judgement to take it all the way to production.
Social Panda is the U.S. home of a consulting model refined over many years, pairing senior engineering judgement with design and product leadership so ideas stay joined up from the first sketch to the shipped product.
Meet Paula
Paula is a creative and product leader with almost two decades of experience in digital design. She designs websites, web and mobile apps, and the UI/UX that makes them genuinely a pleasure to use.
Her work spans product design and AI/UX, shaping how people actually interact with AI-powered products, alongside hands-on product engineering and product leadership, so design decisions are always grounded in what's buildable.
Together, Niall's engineering and Paula's design and product craft keep Social Panda joined up end to end, strategy, build and experience treated as one.
